One can have nothing but love and admiration for a country in which people go to this much effort to decorate.
Also for you chaps -- this is fabulous blog and coming here always gets me counting down the days before I move 1/2 way across the world to live in POrtugal.

Just got an approximate date! Early December -- I've bought land near Figuiera dos Vinhos and am escaping from my life teaching video game design.
Really hoping that you're going to run more tours in 2013 BTW. As you could probably tell from my flickr account, I love old architecture and museums more than almost anything (except cemeteries). T
